Tenant Application Screening Criteria
Two pieces of identification, including one photo ID, must be presented when viewing premises.
Minimum of two references from unbiased sources, including at least one landlord reference (preferably present and previous landlord/agent) and an emergency contact number.
Maximum of two people to occupy each bedroom in a property. No pets of any kind are allowed unless authorized by the landlord. A pet deposit will be required (half of the month’s rent.)
TENANCY WILL BE DENIED if you misrepresent any information on the application. If misrepresentations are found after the rental agreement is signed, your rental agreement will be terminated.
This is to advise that I the undersigned herby authorize Jeannotte Bros. Properties (JBP), the agent to whom my application has been submitted to obtain a consumer credit report and to make any other inquiries as deemed necessary in determining eligibility for tenancy and assessing credit worthiness.
I understand that the information set out in the rental application form may be used for the purposes of responding to emergencies, ensuring the orderly management of the tenancy, complying with legal requirements and for collection purposes should rent be left owing or rental damaged at termination of lease or end of tenancy. JBP will not disclose this information unless authorized by you, or when it is required or permitted by law. Applicant’s information is retained for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. JBP takes reasonable precautions to protect the personal information collected from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure.
