Rotarians are people of good character and business or professional reputation. Prospective Active Members should be aware, that they can only be a member of one Rotary club at any given time. If you wish to join the e-club, please notifiy your current club's Secretary of your intentions.
Before you complete the Membership Application, please read:

"What is means to be an Active Member of the Rotary E-Club of Canada One."

As part of the application process to become an Active Rotarian in our club, you must attend a minimum of two meetings, one on-line meeting as well as a scheduled interview. Your application data will then be distributed to our Board members for approval. If the Board approves and membership at large accept your membership, your data will be collected and stored on our members only-password protected website (rotaryeclubcanada.ca). It is available to you at any time for you to manage. Only your contact information is available to other password accessed fellow members.

All of your personal information on the website is available to selected club leaders, and certain data is available to Rotary International as an incident of membership. None of your private information, including contact information, is shared with any individual or organization that does not have access to our website. The handling of data is pursuant to the legitimate interest for Rotary members, but where consent is required for this, by submitting this information with this form, you hereby give consent to this use and access.

Current Rotarians requesting consideration for membership in the e-club, must notify their Club Secretary of their intentions to join and request a letter of good standing to be forwarded to the Membership Committee of the Rotary E-Club of Canada One.

Membership qualifications requirements

Prior to being considered for membership, the applicant must have attended two meetings at the Rotary E-club of Canada, and completed and submitted the on-line attendance form. Once accepted, the member must agree to attend a minumim of 50% of the weekly meetings.
